Welcome to Vinegar Tips
We make sweet vinegars naturally infused with fresh ingredients – everything from roots, herbs, spices, berries, and flowers. All of our vinegars are made by myself, Mandy Kemp, here in our unit in Wootton Wawen in the Warwickshire countryside. After weeks, sometimes months, of infusing, we filter, hand-bottle, and label all of our vinegars. Unlike other makers, we feel it is essential that our products start here and are finished here – not outsourced to a manufacturer. We keep it personal and close to us.
We don’t want to just sell vinegar – we want to take you on our journey, from the foraging to the chopping, grating, and squashing. It is the best job in the world! We work our way through the seasons with fresh produce: from spring with the elderflower, right through to winter with the spiced orange or warming apple and cinnamon. We are the proud recipients of 12 Great Taste Awards for our sweet vinegars.

Sweet English Vinegars
Our Sweet English Vinegars are naturally infused with berries, herbs, spices and even flowers. We make the vinegars in our kitchen here in Warwickshire, and due to the steady increase in demand for our lovely vinegars, we are in the process of fitting out our new production unit.
Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oils
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are carefully chosen at source in Italy. We give a personal service tailored to your needs. The flavours are robust and long lasting. Unlike an essence or flavouring added to an oil, which will evaporate in a short time, a natural pressing gives longevity.
Unique On Tap System
All of our products are available in 100ml Italian white flint glass bottles or 200ml Italian white flint glass bottles from our online store. We can also supply larger 1ltr clear glass bottles, or as a 3ltr or 5ltr bag in a box.
We can also supply a unique on tap system where our individual 3ltr bags are placed into hand thrown ceramic jars. The on tap system is super easy to clean with no risk of contamination or spillage.
