Our production unit is now fully completed and our local EHO has given the thumbs up and five stars to go with it! We are so pleased a thank you is due to a lovely lady that was recommended to us from another small business goes by the name of Denise Conway she is a Food Safety and Quality Management Consultant specializing in HACCP risk assessment allergen awareness and supplier management , she has a staggering 30yrs experience working in the food industry with SALSA , BRC , IFS & FSSC22000 standardisation hugely qualified having audited businesses both home and abroad predominantly in food manufacturing also working with food businesses in hospitality , import /export and wholesale industries , how lucky were we get her for our small business I hear you ask thankfully she delights in taking on small projects like ours too and has helped many of us independents reach our goals of comprehensive HACCP and record
keeping and is always available for any advice or guidance which is incredibly reassuring with the constant ever changing
