Well here we are 2022 beginning of another year which we all hope will improve re covid as we journey through the months ahead , we have been surprised and amazed and extremely grateful for the continued support here at Vinegar Tips over the last year we have had highs which included getting out to some events and being back amongst the hustle and bustle of the food festivals meeting and chatting with our customers the atmosphere has been tremendous as we all were so pleased to be out experiencing some kind of normal we also won four Great Taste Awards for our Sweet Spiced Orange Vinegar , Sweet Blackcurrant , Sweet Ginger and our latest addition Sweet Dill this was very exciting for us and we hope to add to that tally this year … watch this space ! we are looking at events , making bookings for the coming months keep an eye out on the website / face book and Instagram for updates , this is the time of year when we look at new products we expect to have our Extra Virgin Olive oil from Portugal arrive this week it will not be on the website DM me if you would like some , our naturally infused oils will be arriving shortly from Italy cannot wait to try them in all their fruity pungent loveliness ! we are working on new labels and some tough sturdy boxes for sending our orders out in , but mostly we will be settling down to make our vinegars for the coming year and beyond , we will be busy filtering , refining and bottling the vinegars now ready to go out into the wide world , this is always the most exciting bit for me I never quite know how they will be until this final phase and when they are good it is a total joy and I fall in love with my little business all over again ….. it is all consuming and for that during these times I shall be forever grateful
